Your Customer’s Pre-Order Process

- When elevenGK launch a new pre-order, customers can order within a specific period, deposit or full payment is accepted
- After pre-order’s over, we will count the pre-order numbers that will be finally crafted, to ensure their uniqueness in the market.
- It will be in the making for the next 30 days. After it’s done, we will notify each customer with the final product photos.
- Customers pay the rest of the money, plus the shipping fees that are calculated according to the package size and protection method.

We have increased the minimum order, if your single ordered numbers are less than 5, you can only get our wholesale price, that you can check on our pre-order list. If your single ordered munbers are above 5, you can get our partner price (RMB pricing) listed on WA group and pre-order list.

PayPal and bank wire transfers are accepted, bank wire transfer is a good way because of its significantly lower transaction fee (0.3% withdraw rate), and it accepts Chinese currency. Bank wire is a payment way you can have a price advantage.
When it comes to PayPal, BaS only supports USD settlement, PayPal has a 4.7% transaction fee (withdraw rate), We also need to consider exchange rate loss.
After-sales support
Statues are from reliable design studios; the inner packaging are designed to fit all the components properly, and outer package wooden protection are included if necessary, to keep the parts of the statue 100% well during long-distance shipping.
Our current data show 99% of the goods have been kept intact. Anyway, statues are fragile, and it’s repairable if slight damages happen. We help repair the breakage, and we’ll send replaceable/spare parts if the repair does not work.
About Shipping Cost
The price we offer is exclusive of the shipping cost. We entrust a logistics provider in charge of shipping, and that means we don’t earn a single penny from shipping. The shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the package.
For retail orders, we send the statues to its logistic provider and calculate the shipping cost to their destination. They choose between providers(such as USPS, Fedex, etc..) to give the customers better shipping solutions.
But DDP shipping is expensive when sending the parcels one by one. A better way is, you can collect the orders to a certain number, once they’re done, you can bulk ship to your destination to save shipping costs.
Reducing your average shipping cost is your core ability. If you do it well, you’ll significantly control the product price at a reasonable level. So suggest you contact the local international shipping agencies to arrange your shipping by FCL or LCL shipment, depending on your amounts of cargo. If so, you can collect goods and ship them by quarter.
