Most of the product images are official rendering. In actual production, adjustments may be made based on buyer suggestions and the production situation of the actual product. Therefore, there may be some differences between the actual product and the officially released sample, including but not limited to shape adjustments, configuration additions and deletions, interface gap sizes, uneven colors, color overflow, glue and other defects. Please refer to the official final product for accuracy. We do not support refunding the deposit or final payment for this reason. Please be cautious when purchasing.
Products during the pre-order period usually require 3–12 months of production time, so please purchase with caution.
"Deposit" : Before the production of the product, you can pay a portion of the payment as a deposit, and the remaining amount will be paid after the completion of the product production.
"Full Payment" : The full amount required to purchase the product.

During the pre-order period of the product, a deposit or full payment can be made. For the form of paying the deposit first, we will send you a notice to collect the remaining amount after the product is released

"Pre-Order" : Before the product is released, it can be pre sold. Normally, Pre-Order have a quantity limit, and when the quantity is reached, Pre-Order will be closed.
"Pre-Order Closed" : Normally, if the pre-order is closed, it means that the product has already started generating and cannot be pre-ordered again. However, depending on the specific situation, sometimes it can still be pre-ordered. You can consult the website assistant to confirm if it is available for purchase.
"Released" : It usually takes 3–12 months to complete product production. After production is completed, if you have previously paid a deposit, we will notify you via email to make the final payment and then proceed with shipment; If you have paid the full amount before, we will ship directly.

Please note that the price of the product does not include shipping costs. Before the product is shipped, we will send you a shipping invoice via email.
The shipping cost of a product depends on its packaging and weight, so we cannot estimate the shipping cost until the product is produced. For most goods, the shipping location is China.
Goods need to be transported to the warehouse first, and then it will be shipped by sea or air to your area, and finally delivered. The transportation time may be affected by local policies and holidays, please be patient and wait.

During the product pre order period, you can apply for a refund within 72 hours after paying for the order.
Under certain force majeure circumstances, the production of the product may be cancelled. In such cases, we will contact you for a refund, although the probability of such an event occurring is very small.
In other cases, we do not support refunds. For cases that are supported, you can contact the website assistant for a refund.
