"Pre-Order Closed" : Normally, if the pre-order is closed, it means that the product has already started generating and cannot be pre-ordered again. However, depending on the specific situation, sometimes it can still be pre-ordered. You can consult the website assistant to confirm if it is available for purchase.
"Released" : It usually takes 3–12 months to complete product production. After production is completed, if you have previously paid a deposit, we will notify you via email to make the final payment and then proceed with shipment; If you have paid the full amount before, we will ship directly.

Please note that the price of the product does not include shipping costs. Before the product is shipped, we will send you a shipping invoice via email.
The shipping cost of a product depends on its packaging and weight, so we cannot estimate the shipping cost until the product is produced. For most goods, the shipping location is China.
Goods need to be transported to the warehouse first, and then it will be shipped by sea or air to your area, and finally delivered. The transportation time may be affected by local policies and holidays, please be patient and wait.

During the product pre order period, you can apply for a refund within 72 hours after paying for the order.
