The unpainted kit of the Reze bust includes transparent parts for water surface and splash effects, plus complimentary water slide decals for Reze’s eyes and eyebrows.

Prior to shipping, we conduct full quality inspection on the blank model, including standard finishing processes such as trimming, assembly slot fitting tests, and inspecting & filling air bubbles on the surface. Magnetic connectors are installed in the assembly slots of some main and accessory parts for easier assembly.

Please note that the unpainted kit is delivered as unassembled separate parts. Due to storage time and environmental temperature, thermal expansion and contraction of the material may occur, which could cause some accessory slots to fit improperly upon receipt. Collectors may need to sand and adjust the pegs for assembly on their own.

Difference between deposit and full payment

  • During the pre-order period of the product, a deposit or full payment can be made. For the form of paying the deposit first, we will send you a notice to collect the remaining amount after the product is released 
  • "Pre-Order" : Before the product is released, it can be pre sold. Normally, Pre-Order have a quantity limit, and when the quantity is reached, Pre-Order will be closed.
  • "Pre-Order Closed" : Normally, if the pre-order is closed, it means that the product has already started generating and cannot be pre-ordered again. However, depending on the specific situation, sometimes it can still be pre-ordered. You can consult the website assistant to confirm if it is available for purchase.
  • "Released" : It usually takes 3–12 months to complete product production. After production is completed, if you have previously paid a deposit, we will notify you via email to make the final payment and then proceed with shipment; If you have paid the full amount before, we will ship directly.
 

Shipping

  • Please note that the price of the product does not include shipping costs. Before the product is shipped, we will send you a shipping invoice via email.
  • The shipping cost of a product depends on its packaging and weight, so we cannot estimate the shipping cost until the product is produced. For most goods, the shipping location is China.
  • Goods need to be transported to the warehouse first, and then it will be shipped by sea or air to your area, and finally delivered. The transportation time may be affected by local policies and holidays, please be patient and wait.

Refund

  • During the product pre order period, you can apply for a refund within 72 hours after paying for the order.
  • Under certain force majeure circumstances, the production of the product may be cancelled. In such cases, we will contact you for a refund, although the probability of such an event occurring is very small. 
  • In other cases, we do not support refunds. For cases that are supported, you can contact the website assistant for a refund.
