Since statues and figurine products are customized limited edition products, we do not support returns or refunds for any reason. We value our customers and strives to exceed every customer’s expectation. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and encounter the following issues, please feel free to contact us via email [email protected] and we will try our best to help you deal with the issues.
Lost Items
If your air freight fails to arrive at your address after three months, and the tracking information shows abnormal status and tracking path, we will consider the package lost and provide a full refund, including the shipping fee you had paid.
Damaged Items
Statues made of resin or polystone are delicate. Although the studio packages the statues well, they may sometimes arrive with small broken parts, paint scratches and other minor issues. We cannot guarantee perfection for every piece. If your statue arrives with defects or damage, please contact our customer service immediately with unboxing videos, photos and details of the issue. We will then inquire with the studio about the availability of replacement parts on your behalf. Please note that this does not guarantee you will receive replacement parts. Please consider your purchase carefully, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for minor issues.
Flawed Items
The polishing and coloring of statue products are all done manually. Defects such as the size of interface gaps, uneven colors, overflowing colors, glue, etc. are normal and are not considered after-sales problems. Return and exchange applications for this reason are not supported.
For pre-order items, the display pictures are an official rendering. Actual production may be adjusted based on buyer suggestions and physical production conditions. Therefore, the final large-scale goods may differ from the officially released samples, including shape adjustments and additions or deletions of configurations. Any modifications made without notice will be reflected in the official final bulk product. Refunds of deposits or balance payments due to differences, flaws, or lack of gifts are not supported. Please consider your purchase carefully.
