We utilize the fastest and most economical shipment methods to get our statues to you as fast as possible and for the least amount of money. Regardless of your country, you are welcome to place an order with us.

Shippng Fee

1. For Pre-order items

The prices of pre-order items do not include the shipping fee, which will be charged separately. When your item is ready to ship, we will calculate the shipping fee based on the actual weight and dimensions of the package and send you an invoice for the shipping fee.

If you’d like to know the shipping cost in advance, please contact our customer service [email protected] for an estimate. However, this is only for reference and is subject to the actual shipping cost from the final logistics provider.

2. For In-stock items

After entering your address on the checkout page, you’ll be able to see the shipping fees for various shipping methods. You can then select the method that suits your needs.

Note: The larger the package, the more expensive the shipping cost; Shipping costs in some countries and regions will be much more expensive than in other countries.

Shipping Time

Est Release Time on the product’s page is not the shipping time, the shipping date is affected by product’s completion time and replenishment time, etc.

Est Release Time for pre-order item is provided by the manufacturer or studio and are subject to change without notice, delays may occur due to production issues, holidays, weather, etc.

Shipping Process

  • Send Shipping Bill: Once your ordered items arrived at the warehouse, our customer service will email you to send product photos and shipping bill.
  • Select Shipping Method: Upon receipt of the shipping bill, review the delivery details and inform our customer service of your chosen shipping method and quotation.
  • Pay Shipping Fee: After confirming your selected shipping method, our customer service will initiate payment via email. You can complete the payment by clicking the links in the email.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once the shipping payment is completed, we will arrange shipment for you. Within 1-3 business days, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package on the courier company’s website. Note: The tracking number may not be immediately available during Sea/Air/Train transit (initially shown as “Label Created”), but it will be updated once the shipment arrives in your country.

Duty / GST / VAT

In some cases, countries may impose duties, fees, or taxes on goods entering their borders. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover these costs, and elevenGK will not be liable for any border-related fees, charges, or taxes. Note: If your country supports sea shipping, the ordered products will include tax, and you won’t need to pay additional taxes. For countries that do not support sea shipping, we will make a low declaration to minimize your tax liability.
